Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic trainer to deliver an engaging and comprehensive Customer Service Leadership training program. The trainer will be responsible for presenting a curriculum that equips customer service leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to inspire, manage, and lead their teams effectively. The training should focus on leadership strategies, team management, communication skills, conflict resolution, performance monitoring, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
Responsibilities:
