My years of practice have empowered me to have great compassion for the client’s needs. I have knowledge in working in the sales environment as I worked on a UK campaign selling gas to UK clients. I believe that this sales experience will allow me to thrive and achieve great heights in this sales team lead position. I am eager to work in a collaborative environment, where my passion for helping, growing, and engagement can be used. I am an effective organizer and planner and my time management skills reflect this regard. I have a consistent record of good performance and my skills have been continuously used in shadowing, coaching, and assisting other team leaders. I have been given the opportunity to stand in for my team leader whilst she is on leave. The vision and the passion as a team leader (2IC) that I enjoy most about the role is engaging with agents and being able to understand the challenges they face, as well as the excellent work that they are doing. This has allowed me to assist agents accordingly, so that we provide an excellent service to all our clients. I hold a higher certificate in Adult Basic Education and Training. This has helped me to understand the needs of working with agents in assisting with teaching, guiding, and developmental skills.
