Easy going, fun to be around, team player and I love to be of service. I have been part of the delivery family for over 17 years. I had the privilege to work for some of the world’s biggest players in terms of IT services. My domain of expertise being remote IT assistance in French and English, mostly in Europe, Africa and North-America.

I speak fluently English and French. French being my first language. I also speak Lingala.

Helping others find a solution to their problem is a privilege. I have mostly been part of a team, but can work independently as well.

I am a hard and dedicated worker. I put my customer’s request first always. A happy customer will always come back when they have a problem because of the quality of services offered.
