I’m an experienced and dependable customer service representative who has worked in a high-volume contact center or customer support environment. Strong commitment to resolving customer complaints and maintaining a great company image. I perform well both in groups and on my own. I am a consistently high performer. Proven ability to listen carefully, handle problems quickly and efficiently, and build strong professional connections with customers.

During my first three years of experience, I worked for a service provider organization, where I assisted customers with contract account issues, explained invoices or statements to them, processed cancellation requests, and assisted with technical issues. Because of my outstanding performance, I was promoted to work for a US cable, WiFi, and telephone business. I am also capable of working independently and adapting to job obligations, as I have previous experience working remotely from the previous company I worked for.

I am a responsible, industrious, dependable, and exceptional timekeeper with six years of experience as a customer service representative. I am a bright and receptive individual who can communicate successfully with people of all levels.

I’ve honed my communication and problem-solving abilities, and I’m excited to apply these skills to a new position.
