In my role as a Language Assessor and Customer Service (CS) Consultant specialising in the Surgo Language Assessment Tool, my main duties involve evaluating and grading language assessments in both English and Dutch. My core functions encompass assessing syntax, spoken language, coaching, and analysing language structures and their respective origins. I focus on elucidating the significance of grammar and syntax in communication and their roles as integral components. Additionally, I conduct voice assessments, evaluating factors such as quality, neutrality, and proficiency in fluency.

Beyond assessment activities, I play a crucial role in client support by addressing inquiries and promptly responding to tickets. This ensures that clients receive the necessary assistance tailored to their specific needs.
