Experience: 

I have experience in providing exceptional customer support in SA, US and the UK telephonically via chats and emails. 

Provided outstanding customer support for UK clients on their financial agreements and school fee plans which made me to have an understanding of their financial needs. I have also provided support for US clients with their Amazon devices by troubleshooting any technical issues they may have on their devices e.g Kindle, and also assisted with tracking their orders, confirming deliveries and refunds where needed, and by communicating and delays if need be.

I worked for Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional Services, assisting inmates with their request and complains. I did my best to ensure fair treatment is practiced not only to inmates or wardens but even amongst inmates themselves. I also collected information or evidence on any Internal pending cases which where escalated to VCO for further investigation.

I also have secretarial experience which taught me on how being detail orientated, organised and punctual is essential in every day life.
