Easy going, fun to be around, team player and I love to be of service. I have been part of the delivery family for over 17 years. I had the privilege to work for some of the world’s biggest players in terms of IT services. My domain of expertise being remote IT assistance in French and English, mostly in Europe, Africa and North-America.

Helping others find a solution to their problem is a privilege. I have mostly been part of a team, but can work independently as well.

I am dedicated to the tasks assigned to me and to my team-mates. I will work the hardest and with enthusiasm to meet my deadlines under the SLA assigned to me.
