I am a Law student at Unisa, sociable with good communication skills both written and spoken. With my work experience in e-hailing, offshore and national customer service I have acquired a great knowledge of telephone etiquette, customer centricity and target achieving which I would love to contribute withing the organization and grow within the customer service field.
