I am very detailed orientated because data is a sensitive issue and protecting our clients information is essential.

I have experience in providing exceptional customers support in South Africa,US and the UK , telephonically via chats and emails. I am passionate about helping people and educating them on how to help themselves. I am a problem solver and a consistent hard worker.

Experience: 

I have experienced providing  outstanding customer service for clients by assisting with financial agreements for our UK clients and have a deep understanding of their financial needs. I have also assisted UK and Us clients through my emotional intelligence and deep understanding of their needs for an Amazon Campaign where I troubleshoot their device issues ensure that they received orders on time and provided feedback where there was a delay. I assisted with escalations and refunds where need be.

Through Ride hailing I became passionate about assisting Bolt Riders and Drivers with their day to day issues on trips. If they had any issues concerning the trip price or the drivers payouts or general trip dissatisfactions. I assisted with driver verification, price reviews on trips and ensuring driver satisfaction. I assisted riders to ensure full support for any issues on trips or with their payments.

I have experience working in a Correctional Centre and assisted with the inmates complaints and request. I did my best to ensure that they are treated fairly, reunite with their families and assisted with any pending internal cases.

I have a secretarial experience where being punctual, organised and meeting deadlines is of great importance which have taught me self efficiency.
